Session Plan

Sessions differ for each athlete depending on their position, goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Every session will cover the following:

1. Warm-up/stretch

3. Ball Handling

4. Free throw shooting

5. Shooting

6. Defense

7. Offensive reads (scoring and play-making)

8. Scrimmage
